Game Ng Bayan - Bagong Robin Padilla Game Show!

You heard correct! Robin Padilla is helming a new game show called Game Ng Bayan starting this Monday, March 7, 2015.

He will have Alex Gonzaga as a co-hist alongside Eric Nicolas, Negi and hosting newbie-beauty queen MJ Lastimosa.

This will go head-to-head with Willie Revillame's Wowowin on GMA. That would mean it is taking Luis Manzano's Kapamilya Deal or No Deal slot.

Vice Ganda is the official 4th and final judge of PGT5!

We are now complete. The 4th and final judge is none other than the Box Office juggernaut himself Vice Ganda. Pilipinas Got Talent is getting better and better.

Commentary: I have not been more excited for a PGT since the initial launching. Can't wait for its maiden voyage on January 23rd.

PGT Season 5 with FMG and new judges Angel Locsin, Robin Padilla and...???

It is almost that time again for Pilipinas Got Talent to finally come back to the airwaves.  The teasers for Season 5 started playing online and on air a few days ago to a mixed reaction from viewers. Some were happy to see it come back because of the many discoveries from that program while others said that that Voice Philippines and other reality shows exist so why do they need this one to come back. While a lingering sentiment on the board (forums.abs-cbn.com) is just to move on from it since it seemed like the winners would always be singers. I would oust singers myself but that's just me.

This time around it appears that Kris Aquino and Ai-Ai delas Alas are out and the only remaining judge is Freddy M Garcia or better known to the public as FMG. To the surprise and elation of rhe general public we now know that Angel Locsin and Robin Padilla are the newest judges with one more judge yet to be announced.  Could it be Vice Ganda as rumored? Or maybe it could be Cesar Montano? Maybe Edu Manzano? Direk Laurenti? Jolina Magdangal?

The only thing that seemed to remain the same is that Luis Manzano and Billy Crawford will be hosting.

January 23th is the official start date for PGT5. Are you ready?

Was it just me or does it seem like a max exodus coming from GMA/TV5 to our friendly shores on ABS-CBN this year?

9. Mariel Rodriguez (returned to PBB now currently guest hosting ITS SHOWTIME) and Robin Padilla (upcoming Kapamilya program) just returned
10. Sarah Lahbati will soon be part of the upcoming soap Written In Our Stars 
11. ...and before the year ends Elmo Magalona joins his sister on ABS-CBN and will have his launching project with rising Star Magic young leading lady Janella Salvador in Born For You
12. Gelli de Belen will soon be in an upcoming project in the Kapamilya Network

Now there are rumors that Kylie Padilla, daughter of Robin and Jonalyn Viray might be the next dominoes to make the jump to ABS-CBN.

Kylie Padilla is not under contract and finishing up Buena Familia on GMA next month. Could she be following the footsteps of her father Robin Padilla as well as her cousins Bela and Daniel Pailla?

Could you imagine Sarah, Angeline, Kyla and Jonalyn on ASAP together? Jonalyn Viray was quoted in an article saying that she wants to have future projects with the likes of Kapamilya singers Piolo Pascual, Yeng Constantino, Erik Santos as well as others. Could this be her sending feelers to our network?

Could they make the move? Would you welcome them into the network if they did come over?

Mariel Rodriguez says she feels happy to be friends with Robin Padilla’s kids

Accidental raw na nalaman ni Mariel Rodriguez ang plano ng kanyang asawang si Robin Padilla na pakasalan siya sa Vatican City. “Surprise nga daw ‘yon,” simula ni Mariel. “Tapos may nagsabi nga sa akin na taga-E-Live (tungkol sa plano ni Robin) so sabi ko sa kanya, ‘Babe, you know someone wants to interview me, they said… are we going to the Vatican?’ Sabi kong ganon, gulatan. Pero hindi ako nag-comment kasi hindi pa namin napag-uusapan, sabi niya ay sino’ng nagsabi sa ‘yo?” Ngayon nga ay hinahanda na ni Robin ang planong pumunta sila ni Mariel sa nasabing lugar para doon magpakasal.

Sobrang happy naman ni Mariel sa planong ito ni Robin. “Nagpapasalamat ako kasi hindi nawawala sa utak niya napag-usapan namin (ang kasal). I’m really very happy for my religion, more for me.”

In the meantime, bago raw sila matuloy sa Vatican ay uunahin muna ni Robin na dalawin ang kanyang mga anak na si Ali at Camille. Si Ali, na kanyang bunsong lalaki ay nasa Australia, samantalang nasa US naman ang isa pang anak niyang babae na si Camille.

“Nami-miss niya ‘yung mga anak niya, eh. Si Camille, I remember the first time I met her, we were in Greenhills. Tapos ang cute-cute ng reaction niya, “ Huh, oh my gosh, you’re Mariel!” aliw na aliw na kuwento ng misis ng action superstar.

Happy naman ngayon si Mariel dahil nararamdaman daw niya na bahagi na siya ng pamilya ni Robin. “Love na love ko rin silang lahat. Feel ko talaga I’m also part of their family. I’m really so blessed. Thank you so much na naging happy na ang mga tao for us.”
