It is almost that time again for Pilipinas Got Talent to finally come back to the airwaves. The teasers for Season 5 started playing online and on air a few days ago to a mixed reaction from viewers. Some were happy to see it come back because of the many discoveries from that program while others said that that Voice Philippines and other reality shows exist so why do they need this one to come back. While a lingering sentiment on the board (forums.abs-cbn.com) is just to move on from it since it seemed like the winners would always be singers. I would oust singers myself but that's just me.
This time around it appears that Kris Aquino and Ai-Ai delas Alas are out and the only remaining judge is Freddy M Garcia or better known to the public as FMG. To the surprise and elation of rhe general public we now know that Angel Locsin and Robin Padilla are the newest judges with one more judge yet to be announced. Could it be Vice Ganda as rumored? Or maybe it could be Cesar Montano? Maybe Edu Manzano? Direk Laurenti? Jolina Magdangal?

The only thing that seemed to remain the same is that Luis Manzano and Billy Crawford will be hosting.
